James Weck is a Managing Director at Baird in the Chicago office. He is a Senior Member of Baird’s Global Healthcare Group and its M&A Fairness Opinion Committee. Since joining Baird in 2007, he has participated in over 45 completed mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. James has extensive experience leading public and private company transactions within the healthcare IT & services vertical. Prior to joining Baird, James was a member of the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey. James received a B.B.A. with high honors in finance from the University of Georgia.
