Jason Porter is a Managing Director in Baird's Healthcare investment banking practice, focusing on physician and alternate site healthcare services. Prior to joining Baird, Jason was with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (Deloitte) where he was a Managing Director in its healthcare M&A practice. He previously served as a senior healthcare banker at Deloitte, joining the firm following its acquisition of McColl Partners, LLC. Prior to his investment banking roles, Jason worked in public accounting serving privately-held business in a variety of industries. He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Miami School of Business Administration.
