Nick Bell is a Director in Baird’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking team focusing on pharmaceutical services. Nick joined Baird from BlackArch Partners where he was a Director focused on middle market M&A for financial sponsors and independently-owned, founder-backed businesses. Prior to BlackArch, Bell was a Vice President in Wells Fargo Securities’ Global Mergers & Acquisitions Department, working on public, private and cross-border assignments across a variety of sectors. He spent the first several years of his career in strategy and operations at Day & Zimmermann, one of the largest family-owned corporations in the United States, and Avascent, a leading management consultancy. Nick has an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service.
